Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Reverie Rentals. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting any item from Reverie Rentals, you (the "Renter") agree to care for the item and return it in the same condition as received. Reverie Rentals retains ownership of all rental items at all times.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure a booking.

  • Bookings are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.

  • A refundable security deposit of 30% of the item's SRP is required at the time of pick-up to secure the rental of the item. This shall be fully refunded on the day of the return of the item — provided that the item is in its original condition.

  • Accepted payment methods: [Bank Transfer, GCash]

3. Rental Period

  • Standard rental period is 4 days; deluxe rental period is 8 days — starting on the day of pick-up or delivery.

  • Extensions must be requested two (2) days in advance and are subject to availability and extra charges. Extensions with a 2-day prior notice will incur a ₱350 per day additional fee.

  • Late returns, without notice, will incur a ₱1000 per day late fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days.

5. Item Care & Damages

  • Do not attempt to clean or alter the garment in any way.

  • Stains, rips, burns, or any major damage will incur repair or replacement costs, up to the full retail value of the item. This shall be charged to the renter.

  • If an item is returned unusable, the renter will be charged the full cost of retail price.

  • Each rental dress is provided with a garment bag and silica gel pouch, which must be returned along with the item/s.

  • Lastly, please handle with love and care — each dress is a cherished piece with its own story and sentimental value.

6. Fitting Policy

  • Fittings are highly encouraged. Fitting fee is at Php 350 — this may be waived if you rent an item on the same session.

  • Home Studio hours: Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm; Sat & Sun by appointment only (if you need the item/s at an earlier/later time, please do not hesitate to let us know!)

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Reverie is in charge of booking and arranging the courier.

  • Delivery and pickup services are available within Metro Manila via grab. If the item is delicate and/or large, pickup and return must be via grabcar.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are to be covered by the renter.

  • Renter is responsible for the item from the date of pick-up until it is returned and confirmed, received.

8. Loss or Theft

If an item is lost, stolen, or unreturned, the renter is responsible for paying the full retail price of the item.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking and communication purposes and will never be shared or sold.

 

By completing your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Reverie Rentals reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
