Reverie handles all professional laundering. Please do not wash or dry-clean the item yourself.
Standard rentals are 4 days; deluxe rentals are 8 days, starting from the day of pick-up or delivery.
Please handle the item with care to avoid issues such as stains, tears, snags, missing embellishments, or burns from ironing/steaming. If the item is returned with damage beyond normal wear, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your security deposit.
Reverie arranges the courier for all bookings.
Your details are used only for booking and communication and are never shared or sold.
Yes. Fittings are highly encouraged. A ₱350 fitting fee applies but is waived if you rent the same session.
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before pick-up for a full refund.
Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows receive a 50 % refund.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.
Bookings are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
No permanent alterations are allowed.
By renting from Reverie Rentals, you agree to care for the item and return it in the same condition received. All garments remain the property of Reverie Rentals at all times.

Handle with love and care. Do not clean, alter, or expose to damage.
You’ll be charged the full retail price of the item.
Request an extension at least 2 days in advance. If available, the fee is ₱350 per extra day.
Yes. A refundable security deposit of 30% of the item's SRP is required upon checkout. It is fully refunded on the day of return once the item is checked and confirmed in original condition.
The renter pays all courier/Grab fees. Large or delicate items must be sent via GrabCar.

A ₱1,000 per day late fee will be charged.
At this time, we do not offer nationwide or international rentals.
Absolutely—your date is locked in once full payment is received.
